We are licensed naturopathic physicians and moms. For many years we have recommended and gathered together the naturopathic remedies that we consider to be essential for ourselves, our families, and our patients when at home or out in the world. Then we realized that there are more people who need access to our medicine - people like you! So we launched our company NaturoKits® with the goal of creating health kits for a variety of life’s events. It is our desire to make naturopathic medicine widely available, easy to understand, and simple to use. We love our medicine and we want to empower you to become more proactive in your healthcare choices. Therefore, we created NaturoKits® – the original “Naturopathic Care Package®”.
Julie Verfurth, ND
is a graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon. Prior to becoming a doctor she studied linguistics and anthropology and spent time in Venezuela teaching English. She has a great love of and respect for the workings of the natural world, which fuels her passion for naturopathic medicine as well as favorite pastimes such as yoga, gardening, hiking, biking, cooking, traveling, and reading about topics such as food sustainability, Buddhist psychology, parenting with mindfulness and the occasional novel. But trumping all of this is being a mom to her wonderful 6 year old son. It takes all of her time, energy, patience, and self-discipline, but it truly is the best thing that she’s ever welcomed into her life.
Padeen Quinn, ND
is a graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon. She practices as a naturopathic physician and is an adjunct faculty member at East-West College of the Healing Arts. She enjoys yoga and qigong and loves any activity that allows her to spend time in nature – x-country skiing, biking, hiking, camping, and kayaking. She is the mother of three truly fabulous young adult children who go nowhere without their NaturoKits®.
