Ordering and Payment
After placing your order with NaturoKits®, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped.
At NaturoKits®, your online shopping experience is safe. We don’t store your credit card information on our server. All transactions are processed using state-of-the-art 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Sensitive data, like your credit card number and personal information, is sent through VeriSign SSL secured pages.
Credit Card Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover cards and PayPal. As you complete your credit card payment, please enter your billing address exactly as shown on your credit card statement. Please be sure to enter your credit card information carefully, or your payment may not be authorized.
A valid CVV (Card Verification Value) number is required to complete your credit card payment. The CVV code can be found on the back of your card in the signature box - only the last 3 or 4 numbers are required. This safety measure is intended to protect you against fraudulent credit card use. If your credit card payment is declined for any reason, please feel free to give us a call at 503.234.0460 and we’ll assist you with your transaction.
Money Order & Personal Check Payments
If you prefer, you may use a personal check or money order as your payment method. Just select “Money Order” when checking out through our shopping cart. When you receive your order confirmation, please send your payment to the address below. We will process your order when your money order is received or your check has cleared.

Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. For all US domestic orders we use USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail which is typically delivered in 2-3 business days. If you would like your shipment to arrive sooner, you have the option to upgrade to Express Mail (overnight) for an additional cost.

First Class Mail International generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know. The U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking beyond U.S. borders. Shipping charges do not include any import duties or taxes of the destination country and these will be due by recipient upon delivery.
Returns/Exchanges
If for some reason you decide that you need to return a product to us, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All individual bottles must be UNOPENED with their original seals intact and the kit must be in original, clean condition. We recommend that any returned products be carefully packed with plenty of padding as damaged products are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to us.
NaturoKits® values your business. While we carefully check and pack each order, we know that accidents can happen. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please let us know and we will correct the problem.
If something has been damaged during shipping, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save your packaging until we sort things out, as you may need to return the damaged portion of your order.

When you place an order, the information that we request is strictly for the purposes of filling your order. We do not store credit card details.
