“While SCUBA diving in Mexico I cut my leg. I don't remember exactly how, but it was probably
on a reef, which can be sharp and jagged. I didn't worry too much
since I thought the salt water would take care of it. However the salt
water in the ocean is not necessarily totally clean and the area around
the cut began to get reddish so I applied some over-the-counter
ointment. Twenty-four hours and several applications of the ointment
later the cut was beginning to look infected, was getting sore, and was

After several applications over the following twenty-four hours the
redness and the soreness was gone. Another twenty-four hours and the

I accidentally cut a deep gouge into my arm with a kitchen knife. There was a lot of pain and bleeding. I grabbed my NaturoKit and with my husband’s help figured out which remedies to use. I took a dose of Arnica (for the trauma, pain, and bleeding), followed by a dose of Crisis Calm (for the emotional shock, fear, and pain), and washed the wound with Calendula Succus (to decrease bleeding, clean the wound, prevent infection, and start the healing of the tissues). It stopped bleeding and the pain diminished quickly. However the cut was very deep and it concerned me so I decided to go to the emergency room. Finally, hours after the injury, we were able to get in to see a doctor. He examined the wound and asked me again what I had done. I told him that I had cut my arm with a knife that morning. He said, “No, I mean what did you do to TREAT the cut.” I had brought my kit along so I showed him which remedies I had used.
He said, “I wouldn’t believe it if I weren’t seeing it, but this wound
looks as though it’s 2 DAYS into the healing process and healing quite
